【東京】小金井市の可燃ごみ、11月に収集停止の恐れ 5500トン受け入れ先未定★10 (via d6rkaiz)これまでの経緯
1)小金井市、府中市、調布市は仲良く二枚橋焼却場でゴミを燃やしてました。
2)1985年に設備を新しくする協定を小金井市が一方的に破り小金井市は独自に第二焼却炉建設地を探す
3)慌てた府中市、調布市は二枚橋以外にゴミ処理場を作ったり三鷹市と協力して対応
4)2004年から国分寺市、立川市、昭島市、日野市との共同処理会議に参加。小金井市も2007年までに建設地決めると明言
5)2007年に順次二枚橋が止まりゴミを前述の会議の市に委託。建設地は2009年まで待ってと延ばす
6)2010年3月に二枚橋を建設地に行政決定。これには2～3)の理由で府中市と調布市が激怒。住民も激怒
7)2011年にゴミ委託費は無駄。微生物でゴミは消せるので焼却炉は不要の佐藤和雄市長が当選
8)4)に参加してた市が7)の無駄発言で小金井市に激怒。今後のゴミ処理協力を拒否
9)遂に新市長になってから委託契約を1つも結べないまま前市長の契約した多摩川衛生組合の契約上限に到達する月に ←New
